There are times when we need to treat our fury friends but testing first will help prevent the over use of chemicals, upsetting your pet’s natural flora and avoid any possible reactions when treatment may not be necessary.

How It Works?

Place your order online
Taking your samples
The results are emailed to you

Place your order online

Browse our shop and select the right kit for you and your pet. Usually the kits are posted the same working day. Please leave 2 -3 days for your kits to arrive, if you have not received them after this time, please contact us.

Taking your samples

Each kit is provided with a set of clear instructions, so please do take the time to read these. If storing your sample over three days, please store somewhere cool and out of the sun. There is no need to store your sample/s in a fridge.

When ready please send the sample/s back to us, all kits contain a free post 48hr returns envelope. Kits can be posted in a standard letterbox, saving you the trip to a post office.

You should receive your result within 48 hours via email after we have received your sample.
